GEN, TARGET: flexible schedule

Anyone have any ideas on how to smoothly move an elementary school to a
flexible schedule? I just went on a job interview where the principal is
interested in moving his staff, gradually, to a flexible scheduling.  I
am going to write a follow-up letter and want to include some PR ideas
which may help accomplish this goal.  He and I recognize this is an
emotional topic for the staff.
