While on a brief trip to West Virginia enjoyed a few minutes with Five
Dollar Frank who is 76 and takes you up in his 4-seater plane over the
New River gorge for - you guessed it -$5.00! He is quite the character
and the conversation alone was worth the 5 bucks. Anyways, he quotes a
lot of poetry and asked where the phrase "tiger, tiger burning bright"
came from. Please respond to me if you know the answer and if you are
