TARGET: Microsoft FrontPage assistance

Dear Netters,
  I am looking for someone who has been using Microsoft FrontPage 97 to
help me over a hump.
  If you have used it to build framesets, I would appreciate an answer
to the question: "How do you open the framset ?"
  I built the set following the directions in the manual.  (Actually, I
have both the manual and the how-to _How to use FrontPage 97 for
Windows_, and the directions agree.)  So I built the framset, but I
can't open it in the browser.  I figure I've done something dumb, or
haven't done something I should have, but I can't figure out what.
