Target: Japanese Studies/Colleges

Am in need of leads for colleges which offer curriculum in "Eastern
Studies;" or advanced Japanese courses (at least offer a minor in
Japanese).  Student has taken two years of Japanese, quite fluent, has
traveled to Japan and been part of a travel-tour there.  We found
a college in Missouri but on checking it out their curriculum was similar to
what he had already experienced at the HS level.
Prefer Midwest but will consider almost anywhere with the right curriculum.
Someone mentioned Salt Lake City?
