GEN: Public (non-student) Access to Internet

I am proposing to have the LMC open one night a week until 6 or 7 PM next
year. I need to prepare a proposal for this to present to the
administrators and board. The district is pushing to have schools used more
by the townspeople. We have a 10 workstations with full Internet access.
All our students must have a signed AUP to get on, but I am concerned about
how what to do with others. How have any of you tackled this problem? Thank
