PC service bid templates

Dear LMNETTERs:
I have another question to pose! I realize that there are many technology
coordinators on this listserv as well as media specialists! I have a 50/50
position as both--I'm sure I'm not alone. Have any of you had to create bid
proposals for prospective service companies? And if so, would you mind
sharing a template? Perhaps you know of other places on the web where I may
look. I gave our technology team my bid proposal (I'm new this year) and was
directed to see if I could find any templates from other school districts.
Any direction would be great! Thanks in advance,
