TARGET: Role of the media specialist

Schools in our district are striving to integrate technology into our
school curriculum.  One difficulty is that the school media specialist
is also the technology coordinator/teacher. As a new media specialist, I
sometimes feel I don't devote enough time and effort to each role.  I'd
like to know if anyone has insight or input in to how to balance these
two roles successfully without neglecting either. Looking for a "miracle
cure!!" :-)
