REF: Web Wacker and copyright

I am in a three-day administrative workshop this week and have limited
time at night on my family computer or I would search the archives for
a better answer than I can give off the top of my head to the question that
was posed to me today, and I need the answer ASAP. Thus, I must turn to
my cyberspace buddies.

What (if any) are the copyright problems with using the Web Wacker and
similar software in a classroom setting?
