Thanks so much for forwarding this.   I am having a rough time right now
with my parents' health (Dad is 81, Mom will be 81 in July).  I have
forwarded this to them and to my sister - and to my work address.   I
will print it out and post it prominently in front of me for those days
where everything seems to go wrong.
