Netscape picky questions

Dear folks,
I use the Netscape dialer program, and after it dials up, a little
rectangle, containing a disconnect button and log of time connected,
deposits itself in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, covering
up the stop button, the Netscape symbol and the maximize and minimize
buttons. This is a pain, but I have yet to find a better place to move
it so that it doesn't sit on top of the mail or webpage.  Anyone got a
suggestion for my picky problem?
