Target: Irish Recipes

Hello,
        I am planning to play Celtic music in my high school library on
St. Patrick's Day, and was hoping to find some Irish recipes to serve
some goodies. I tried my library and the public library, but only found
things like corned beef and cabbage and lamb stew. Does anyone have any
good recipes for an Irish treat that can be made in small portions?
        Also, any other ideas for my St. Patrick's Day in the library
would be welcome!
