K-6 library competencies

Dear friends,

I am preparing a library manual and would like to specify the comptetencies
that each student should acquire in the library program (still to be
established).  Would you please share your ideas of what knowledge, skills
or attitudes should be acquired for any (or all) grade levels from K-6.
