Catcher in the Rye lesson

Have any of you done a good lesson on Catcher in the Rye? The themes of the
book are difficult to do short questions from reference books about. I usually
compile 12-16 questions dealing with a book, the time setting, the place
setting, the historical period, the criticisms of the book, the theme, but
this one has me stymied. I'd love your ideas.
