Target: ELEM: email projects

I'm a middle school media spec.  Right now I'm also teaching "integrating
technology in the elem. curriculum" to undergraduate university students.
I'm looking for a few anecdotes about uses of e-mail project with
elementary children, especially in grades 1-4.   If you have anything fun
