Target: Job Descriptions for Librarians

Hi LM_NETters!

I was just asked to to revamp the job description for our librarian.  For
the past six years this description has not changed.  The title has
changed for Media Center Director to Information Resource Center Director
but the job description has not kept up with all the technology we have
acquired (Online catalog, Internet, CD Network, etc...). If you have a
job description that expresses the new use of technology I would greatly
