Gen: Golden Press

One of my second grade teachers brought in a copy of Aesop's Fables, ed.
by Louis Untermeyer and pictures by Provensen, published by Golden Press
in 1971 (6th printing).  Is Golden Press or Goldencraft still in business,
and are they a subsidiary of a larger group.  Also, is anyone aware of
this book being available to buy today.  I checked Amazon, but they say
that it is not available.  Thanks for any suggestions.
