PROF: Tech Surveys for Staff

I am a member of a sub-committee focusing on professional development
in relation to technology. We are looking for an easy, unique way to
find out what the staff in our district would like for training in
the future. We would like to steer away from the traditional
checklists we've used in the past  if we can find a different method.
Anybody have suggestions?
