The vendor is UMI.  For $1610 you get disks for 95,96, 97, one disk /
year.  Additional retro years are 900 each, less if you buy quantity.
There is no charge for running on a LAN in one building or campus.
Thereafter, yearly disks are $1610 each.  so it's 1610 to start, then the
same amount annually.


I was very impressed with UMI.  No voice mail, and a straight answer on
the first call.  You can get their number by calling 800 information [800
555 1212] and asking for University Microfilms
