Saxon Publishing and Junk E-Mail

I had to call their 800 number.  Ask for marketing.  I was as rude
to them as possible because their instructions for getting off that
list don't work.  I also let them know that it would be a cold day
in  .... before I ordered from a company that subjected me to
junk e-mail and then wouldn't let me unsubscribe (per their
directions).  I also promised to bad mouth them any chance I got
on LM_NET and to any librarian who would listen.
