GEN, SEC: Video Contests

We have a very disappointed high school junior whose media festival entry
failed to progress beyond district competition.  (His entry last year
went to the International level.)  Please suggest any contests that are
appropriate for high school students.  I will post a HIT.

The contests should be for video productions.
