ELEM: Urban schools only

Hi
The  third graders in my school are doing a project about their
community.  They would like  to e-mail an urban(preferably 3rd grade)
class to compare our suburban-rural community of Wallingford CT  to a
urban community.  They are doing the same thing with a rural community.

I need 1-3  urban 3rd grade classrooms for e-mail penpal situation so the
students can compare your city to  Wallingford CT (outside New Haven).  I
already have 3 rural communities signed up.
