LM_NETers:

Our elementary school is getting a CD-ROM tower which will be running
off the library's PC fileserver, but will be networked to our Mac lab
(using Novell). It is my task to order $4000 worth of networkable CDs
to run off the tower.

Have any of you had the experience of running both platforms? What
Mac software have you had success with in this situation? In talking
to other media specialists, I've learned that some of the software
that is not advertised as networkable does indeed work (they've
purchased multiple copies to comply with copyright, of course). I'm
planning on getting a magazine index and general encyclopedia, but am
looking for other things that would be useful in an elementary school.
Are there any good dinosaur or animal encyclopedias on CD that will
run under this arrangment?

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
