Hello fellow librarians and supporters:

Tomorrow is the day! I have decided to take the advice that many of
you gave me, and plan on only directly answering the ten questions
that were signed. I am going to post my response to those questions
in two (hopefully) messages, so anyone else experiencing this problem
can perhaps benefit from this mess.

I am using an analogy that someone sent me, and I laughed and laughed,
because it was so true!!
" Teaching library skills in isolation is like having a child waving
his arms and legs while sprawled over a table, then saying, 'this is
called swimming. Remember to do this when you fall into water.' "

Thanks for getting me through this so far!
