A parent of one of my students attended a public speaking contest over the weekend and heard three presentations he is interested in reading more carefully. Just to make life interesting, he was not sure whether they were short stories or poems. I have checked thru what we have here but we don't have access to any good poetry or short story indexes. Here's the information he gave me: l. The Grave No One Tended by Cheryl Costello-Forshey 2. But You Didn't by Stan Gebhandt 3. The Master's Hand by Myra Welch 4. Doors, Doors, Doors by Anne Saxton* *My reference librarian's intuition tells me this might actually be Anne Sexton. The parent copied what the contestant had written on the board, but I have a feeling about this one. Naturally, our only book with any Anne Sexton is out so I can't check it. Thanks in advance-if any of your could point me towards collections that contain these works, or even confirm the format.
