Patti brings up a valid argument.  What happens if during weeding there is
little or nothing left on the shelves?  My response to that is, I would
rather have little or know information on a topic, than misinformation.
And as far as funding, this is where you make an appeal to your
administration for additional funding, showing what was weeded and why
additional funding is needed.
