Target> Dictionary for Third grade

I have a teacher who is trying to decide on an appropriate dictionary to use in
her third grade classroom.  Any suggestions?  She wants to buy a class set, so
needs to spend wisely.  Please respond directly to me, I'll post a HIT>.
