I, too, had a very postive experience with Brodart last year.  I have a
paperback carousel which has four revolving columns around a central
pillar.  One of my darling 1st graders tried to squeeze in between the
columns, knocking one of the columns down, breaking a plastic part that
held the books in place.  Since it was my first year in this position, I
had no clue where the carousel had originally been purchased.  I found
the item in the Brodart catalog (the first one I picked up) and called
them.  They contacted the manufacturer for me and I had a new piece,
free of charge, sent to my media center.  You can guess which company I
will look at first when considering new furniture purchases.
