My training so far in library work has been 100% experiential; 2 1/2 years as Library Tech in a high school and over a year volunteer in another high school. I'm sure some of our wonderful LM-netters would have an idea of what I would face if I was to apply for a local position in a K-4 library. What would I face in an interview, and what would be the major differences (besides the obvious: age difference, and greatly literature-focused instead of research-focused)? My apologies that this doesn't benefit the LM group as a whole. Thanks, however, for your help. Joleen Hevner Looking in No.Calif.
