TARGET: Grade Center Information

Greetings!

I am trying to research a topic for our school district and I am batting
close to zero. Having seen the remarkable research prowess of the members
of this list over the past several months, I though I would try to tap into
your expertise!

Peotone District #207-U is trying to decide whether to leave the three
elementary schools as configured (each is a K-6 building) or reconfigure as
grade centers (e.g., one a K-2, one a 3-4, and one a 5-6 building). I'm
looking for both anecdotal information from districts who have made this
type of reconfiguration as well as research that compares the two types of
configurations.

Any assistance will be greatly valued!
