hello lm_netters:

i'm interested in learning what criteria you use to weed your
collections. i have a library that hasn't been opened to students for three
years and that is full of old old books. part of my job is evaluating
the print materials and--when money comes our way--purchasing new
materials.

please send me the criteria you use or have used to weed collections so
that i can weed effectively and efficiently, freeing up shelf space for
new items but not chucking stuff just because it is old . . .

thanks for your help. i'll post a hit.

richard
