cache

I wrote some time ago asking if anyone knows how to empty the cache
using Netscape Communicator 4. I have not received an answer and the
cache is growing and growing I am sure.  I have looked everywhere I know
to look and cannot find an easy method.  Surely, it is not necessary to
go through "find" etc.  There must be just a place I have not seen.
Please reply if you are familiar with Netscame Communicator 4.
