TARGET: "Chicken Dance"

Greetings....I have a student that is looking for information describing
origin/history of the "chicken dance."  I have searched Internet sites
without success.  I didn't locate a "searchable" dance database either.  If
you can help with info about either of these items, my students and I will
be eternally grateful!  Thanks.
