NETSCAPE

I know this question has been posed before but the solution I printed
from the answer doesn't seem to be working for us.  How can you delete
or clean out the HISTORY feature of netscape.  We have tried going
through DOS and deleting the netscape.hst file and we have gone through
Windows 95 by finding the folder netscape.hst and deleting.  Neither of
these otpions has worked so far.  Anyone have another answer?
