We are playing with ideas in my school at the moment. I know the argument in favor of flex scheduling, but my concern is putting it into practice. How do you, if you are a flex scheduling school, insure that all the kids get the needed skill instruction? And do you have an opportunity to share literature with kids under that kind of a schedule? I guess I'm asking how do you make it work. I'm looking for concrete examples as opposed to theory. I'd appreciate any concrete advice you could give me. And I'm also looking for someone to "mentor" me through the process, someone I could turn to with questions.
