Ideas to promote Library, etc.

Dear all,

Time for me to ask a question from all of you knowledgeable
people.

Our K-6 Librarian needs some clever contest ideas to promote
the library, reading, authors, etc.  We will not necessarily
by tying these into an Formal event such as bookweek
