Since Peggy Sharp's name comes up fairly often on LM_NET, I thought I
would reply to everyone. Yes, Peggy does workshops 'on her own' through
the business she and her husband have started -- Designs for Learning. I
just got a mailing from her about her annual "What's New in Children's
Books" that she does each summer in the Pacific Northwest. For the past
several years she has done a monthly 'Meet the Author's' class during the
school year, but she has gotten sooooo busy running around the country
doing her other workshops that she isn't doing them this year....sob, sob,
sob!

She is also producing a quarterly newsletter that presents new books and
activities to use across the curriculum. It is called "New Book News".
