Non-resident degrees

Sorry, this is a little off-topic, but can anyone suggest colleges or
universities which grant degrees without residency requirements or
limits on transfer credits?  We have a staff member who has already
completed most of the work toward a batchelors degree and who would like
to complete it with a minimum of new work.  Can anyone suggest places to
look?
