Monterrey 100C and VideoCipher

Fellow librarians:
I was wondering if any of you have the Monterrey 100C satellite system in
your school and if you also have the Videocipher with it.  I just purchased
the videocipher but am not sure which provider to go through to get the
channels we want.  These are some of the channels:  Bravo, A&E, History
Channel, Knowledge Channel, and if possible Univision.
Would like to get some feedback on how to go about getting a provider and
at what costs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  M. :)
