Tech : Stalker CGIMAIL

We've had our first case (and hopefully last!) of someone sending
unpleasant email to a staff member. The person used a program called
Stalker CGIMAIL to disguise their email address. Can anyone tell us more
about this so we can track this character down and hopefully nip this in
the bud? Thanks for your help!
