I am so happy that folks have been saying things I've wanted to say for a
long, long time.  Please, please, please:

        1) Include an *intuitive* Subject heading for your message which
           immediately clues the user into what exactly you wish to
           discuss or ask.  Please see the examples below here:

             INTUITIVE
                 Subject : TECH: Netscape--Creating Bookmark Folders

             LESS-THAN-INTUITIVE
                 Subject : browser question

             LEAST INTUITIVE
                 Subject :

        2) Always use the designations, whichever may be appropriate for
           your post (e.g. TECH, GEN, REF, GREET, HUMOR, HIT, etc.).  It's
           also helpful if you use CAPITAL LETTERS for your designations.
