TECH: netscape e-mail

LM_Netters:  I have a friend who has just gotten online and wants to
use Netscape for sending and receiving e-mail.  I've always used
Pegasus so I'm not familiar with how e-mail works in Netscape but I
told him I knew who to ask.  He has an e-mail address from his
internet service provider but doesn't know where to go in Netscape to
access the e-mail capabilities.  TIA
