Sources of technology reviews

Dear friends,
        I often find myself needing reviews of technology
products--scanners, digital video cameras, etc.  I know that there are many
magazines that publish such reviews, but I'm unclear where these are
indexed.  I am in the only elementary school in a small district, so don't
have any periodical indices. Are there any available over the net?  I'd go
to the public library, but it would certainly be more convenient if there
was something online. Any suggestions?
