MID: Teaching Plant and Animal Classification

Hi,
     A first year teacher is looking for some good resources to teach
scientific classification and the significance of each of the groupings from
kingdom on down to middle school students in grades 6-8.  Websites, videos,
student activity books/masters, lesson plans, etc. are most welcome.
