Colorado Springs Area

I would like to find out what the job market will be like for elementary
media specialists in Colorado Springs for the next school year.  I may be
relocating there next summer and am trying to get a head start on finding
employment!

I am also curious about how well the school districts support the library
media programs in elementary schools.  Do you have flex scheduling or fixed?
Automated circulation and catalog systems?  Paid paraprofessionals to assist
you?

I am also interested in general salary and benefit information.

Any help would be appreciated!
