I just got back from a district technology meeting in which the subject of
ASD was discussed. It seems there is a larger issue than just ASD, so
we're going to be looking at developing a policy concerning any
unauthorized web sites.

A couple of weeks ago, a teacher clicked on a link from our official web
site that took her to a page an alumni had developed and linked to us
without authorization. Turns out that within a couple of clicks, she was
into some very undesirable territory.

This experience with ASD is just fueling the fire! I've passed along some
of the information you've shared to our tech coordinator. I'll keep you
informed -- you do the same!!!
