ELEM: 1st observation/5th grade/need help!

Hello,
        I will be having my first formal observation on Thursday morning and I have
my pro-observation conference at 10:00 Monday morning.  I was notified as I
left school for this weekend.  I will be teaching a 5th grade class of about
25 students.
        I am planning to do a lesson on subject, author, title as a 
review/transition
to the automated catalog.  At first I thought that I would do keywords as a
lesson but the more I think about it the more I realize that I need to create
overheads of the automated catalog to make this lesson go.  I don't have a
printer attached to my terminals yet nor do I have the ability to project my
computer screen yet.  My objectives are clearer in my head for the keyword
lesson.
        Clearly I have reached the panic stage.  Please send any ideas for a 5th
grade lesson on subject/author/title including any activities that work well
with 5th or keyword lesson ideas.
