ELEM: Lesson Ideas-"My Side of the Mountain"

I've appreciated all of the useful and relevant information shared on
this list and am looking forward to your responses.  A fifth grade
teacher has asked for ideas on activities or lessons for the book
_My Side of the Mountain_ by Jean Craighead George. We have both
searched the Internet and some books but have found little.  There's
more for _Julie of the Wolves_.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
and I'll post a hit. Thanks very much.
