ELEM: instructions for miniature sod houses

Greetings everyone,

This seemed like such a simple question when I started......I'm getting
nowhere fast, can anyone help?

A teacher has requested instructions for making miniature sod houses.   This
is _SOD_, not using popsicle sticks for miniature log cabins.  I know I've
seen this someplace, but where?  Anyone else from a prairie state have this
filed away somewhere?
