Hi,

I'm the tech coordinator / Webmaster at South Jordan Middle School in
Utah.  Any of our students can and most do have personal mail
accounts via our server.  Our AUP simply states that the students use
it properly.  I've done it this way for 2 years and haven't had any
problems.
