Target: Vids & Bks- Dances Spanish speaking countries

I am trying to find good books on the history of these and any other
dances you might know about (i.e. salsa, tango, marenga, flamenco, etc)
and videos on the history and steps involved.  If you have any
suggestions, please let me know. I'll post a hit with all responses.
